Even without height or surround speakers, enjoy virtual 3D surround effects with Dolby Atmos Height Virtualizer and DTS Virtual: X. The AV receiver supports Ultra HD, HDR10, HLG, and Dolby Vision™ with HDCP 2.2 compatibility, enabling you to enjoy premium 4K content.

Pioneer VSX-534: Dolby Atmos Sound

Enjoy object-oriented sound with Dolby Atmos, featuring smooth, curving, or realistic three-dimensional overhead movements. The Height Virtualizer creates virtual height effects from traditional speaker layouts without needing additional surround or height speakers.

4K HDR Ready

Support for HDR (High Dynamic Range) video includes HDR10, HLG, Dolby Vision, and BT.2020. Additionally, 4:4:4 colour space is supported. Six HDMI inputs, ARC-ready MAIN OUT, and SUB OUT pass 4K/60p and HDR video from the player to a compatible TV and projector, with all terminals HDCP 2.2 compliant.

Bluetooth Connectivity

Stream audio from your phone, tablet, or PC app to the receiver with Bluetooth wireless technology. Once paired and remembered, the receiver automatically starts playback upon detecting an incoming Bluetooth audio stream.

MCACC Auto Room Tuning

MCACC auto room tuning uses a custom microphone to automatically adjust for differences in speaker size, level, and distance, ensuring balanced sound across your room.

DTS:X
Automatically adapts audio to the existing channels and speaker system, requiring no specific speaker layout.
DTS Virtual X: Experience three-dimensional immersive sound similar to DTS:X without height or rear speakers. Supports 2 to 7.1.4-channel input sources, delivering on 2 to 5.1 or even 7.1-channel speaker layouts. Compatible with all DTS codecs, including DTS: X.
Dialogue Enhancement: Adjust the volume range for dialogue in films using the up/down key on the remote control.
Personal Preset: Save your current settings, such as volume level and listening mode, by pressing the Personal Preset button on the front panel for three seconds. Up to three presets can be registered and easily recalled from the front panel button or remote control.
